Village Roadshow Theme Parks Family Fun Day returns bigger and better this weekend as your favourite Superheroes and Characters descend upon Aquis Park Gold Coast Turf Club for an awe-inspiring day of family fun.

Here is everything you need to know ahead of the weekend, and all the added fun thanks to our friends at Village Roadshow Theme Parks.
Family Fun Games & Activities
You’ll find FREE Pony Rides, Jumping Castles & Face Painting all open from 10AM – 3PM. Plus, a relax zone inside with bean bags and life size games to keep the kids entertained. If giveaways is what you’re after go find the Triple M Gold Coast team who’ll be giving away prizes from 11AM – 1PM. Or have a turn at the Village Roadshow Ball Toss & Top Golf Activation for your chance to win.
Shaun’s Aussie Adventure Show
Always up for an adventure, the Rangers at Paradise Country have come up with a welcome challenge Shaun and Bitzer just can’t resist. But they need the help of some new friends. Drop by, say hello and join the Flock in an inspiring Aussie Adventure show.
Showtimes: 10:30AM & 1:40PM
Looney Tunes Dance Party
Come and dance along with the Looney Tunes and show them your best dance moves. Join the fun and get into the groove.
Showtimes: 11:05AM & 12.55PM
Character meet and greet
Meet some of your favourite characters from Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Paradise Country. Expect to see Batman, Shaun the Sheep, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & the Looney Tunes.
Characters will be live on track from 10:00am – 2.30pm to meet and take photos. Can you catch them all?
Food Stalls
You won’t go hungry with these food stalls on track from 10AM – 3PM, Besito Coffee, Rebel Fork, Mr. Supersoft, Ka Bao, Street Eatz Mexican, OMG Donuts, Titanic Snow Cones, Twisted Spuds & GCTC Sausage Sizzle.
Posters, capes and masks giveaway
Don’t have your own Super Suit? We have you covered! The first 500 little ones through the gates will get FREE Super Hero capes and masks on entry a perfect edition for the little heroes.
Get set for return to the turf
A return to racing on the Gold Coast Turf Club course proper has been confirmed for Saturday, September 7. Enjoy 6 live thrilling races to complement your family day out.
