Membership Cards

Yes. Your membership card must be displayed at all times while in Members Areas on racedays. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the Members Area and return to General Admission.

GCTC membership cards for the 2026/27 season are issued in various categories. All cards are posted unless otherwise arranged. Please note:

  • Main and Young Membership cards are non-transferable
  • Primary and Secondary cards may be transferred between guests

Memberships are processed between 3-5 business days after you’ve submitted your application. Your cards will be posted to your nominated address. If you prefer to collect your card, please contact GCTC after submitting your application.

Please notify GCTC as soon as possible so your card can be deactivated. Replacement cards are available for a $60 fee.

If you forget your card, please contact GCTC prior to arrival. A day pass can be arranged to allow entry to the racecourse and Members Areas.

Membership cards are strictly non-transferable (unless otherwise specified). GCTC staff and security may request identification at any time. Misuse may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

Members Areas

No. GCTC is a fully licensed venue, and outside food and beverages are not permitted within the racecourse or Members Areas.

No. Seating in the Members Areas strictly operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Unattended tables may be used by other members
  • Staff and security have the right to move any personal items (e.g. hats, bags, coats and newspapers) left on unattended tables
  • Our Members Areas are preset with chairs and tables to cater to both small and larger groups. The movement of tables is not permitted.
  • Within reason, chairs may be moved unless this impacts other patrons. This must be approved by Members Area supervisors for the safety of other members.

Yes. Children under 17 are permitted when accompanied by a GCTC member.

  • They must remain with the member at all times
  • A minor wristband must be obtained at entry
  • High chairs are available on request via reception

Guest Cards and Members Day Passes

  • Standard racedays: Full access to all Members Areas
  • Feature racedays: Secondary Guest Cards are restricted to ground floor access only

Feature racedays include:

  • Magic Millions Gold
  • Magic Millions Raceday

Yes. Additional Primary Guest Cards can be purchased at any time throughout the year. Members can purchase up to two additional Primary Guest Cards at a cost of $100 each. To upgrade:

  • You will receive a link to purchase your upgrade.

Members can redeem their 10 complimentary Members Guest Passes on all standard racedays, including twilight and night meetings, excluding the following feature racedays:

  • Magic Millions Gold Raceday
  • Magic Millions Raceday

Complimentary passes can be redeemed for standard and selected semi-feature racedays. To redeem:

  • You will receive a link to access your tickets.

Please note: passes cannot be redeemed for Magic Millions Gold and Magic Millions Raceday.

Members Benefits

Log in to your Member Portal and book via the Events page. Your member discount will be automatically applied.

Yes. Points expire on 30 June each year and must be used at food and beverage outlets within Members Areas before this date. Points do not roll over to the next season.

Yes. Once your 10 complimentary passes are used, additional passes can be purchased at 50% off via your Member Portal. Your discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
