Media Accreditation

Media accreditation at the Gold Coast Turf Club is available to working media representatives required to report on or photograph raceday events.

Access is assessed based on media credentials, scope of work, security considerations and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.

Annual Media Pass

To apply for an Annual Media Pass, please contact Racing Queensland here.

Please note: Accreditation for the Magic Millions Carnival is managed externally and not determined by the Club. Please contact the relevant organisers here.

Single Raceday Accreditation

For one-off accreditation for the current Racing Season, please complete the application form below.

Approved media representatives must present valid photo identification to collect their pass on the relevant raceday.

All accreditation is subject to approval by Racing Queensland and the Gold Coast Turf Club. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Accreditation is non-transferable, and conditions apply. The Gold Coast Turf Club reserves the right to revoke accreditation at any time.

Accreditation

Accreditation is granted at the sole discretion of the Gold Coast Turf Club (GCTC). Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Media Pass Priority

In the event that media accreditation requests exceed capacity, priority may be given to holders of Racing Queensland (RQ) issued media passes.

Accreditation Requirements

All accredited media representatives must:

  • Hold and maintain current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of AUD $20,000,000.
  • Provide a valid Certificate of Currency to the Gold Coast Turf Club upon request.
