OWNER ENTITLEMENTS
All Registered Owners (subject to the below quotas) who have a horse accepted to race during the 2026 TAB Magic Millions Carnival will gain you the following entitlements;
- Complimentary entry to racecourse
- Complimentary racebook
- Access to Mounting Enclosure immediately before and after race in which horse is accepted (Owners Pass Only)
- Access to downstairs Members Area **Members Dress Regulations Apply (Owners Pass Only)
- Access to Owners and Trainers Precinct (Owners & Guest Pass)
- Access to Raceday tie-up stalls (Owners & Guest Pass)

Guest Pass Reminder: Guest passes permit a guest complimentary access to the racecourse and Owners and Trainers Precinct ONLY. Those with a guest pass will not be permitted access to the mounting enclosure and Members Ground Floor due to capacity restrictions.

SYNDICATE ENTITLEMENTS
All syndicate managers must nominate a replacement if they are not managing the syndicate on raceday.
Where one (1) syndicate is the sole registered owner, a maximum of 20 owners passes and additional 20 guest passes will be issued.
Where there are multiple syndicates or one (1) syndicate with multiple owners, each registered syndicate will be deemed one (1) owner. Additional passes may be issued to the syndicates equally in the event the maximum amount of 20 per horse is not exhausted. Furthermore, a maximum of 20 guest passes will be issued per horse.

TRAINERS ENTITLEMENTS
All Trainers who have a runner during the 2026 TAB Magic Millions Carnival must obtain their passes in advance to ensure the below entitlements are received. Trainers without the relevant passes and without a horse engaged to race will not receive these entitlements;
- Complimentary entry to racecourse
- Complimentary racebook
- Access to Mounting Enclosure immediately before and after race in which horse is accepted
- Access to downstairs Members Area **Members Dress Regulations Apply
- Access to Owners and Trainers Precinct
- Access to Raceday tie-up stalls
Trainers also receive one (1) additional guest pass with duplicated entitlements. Additional ticket requests must be submitted in writing prior to raceday to racedaymanager@gctc.com.au
PLEASE NOTE
A license issued by a Principal Racing Authority (PRA) will not be accepted as a granted form of access to the Member’s Areas, Mounting Enclosure and Owners & Trainers precinct. Please collect your relevant passes in advance of raceday to avoid any issues on the day.
Any trainer who does not have a horse accepted to race on the date and wishes to attend the 2026 TAB Magic Millions Carnival must prior to the event contact the Club at racedaymanager@gctc.com.au.
No tickets will be made available on the day to any Trainers without a runner.
TICKETING COLLECTION
Owners and Trainers with a horse accepted to race on January 10 & January 17 at the 2026 TAB Gold Coast Magic Millions Carnival can collect their allocated ticketing at the following times:

FAQs
- If an Owner loses or forgets their ticketing on Raceday after previously collecting it, they will be provided with General Admission access.
- For connections of emergencies, entitlements can only be collected once your horse has been confirmed to run.
- Aquis Park Gold Coast Turf Club reserves the right to limit mounting enclosure passes at its discretion. This may apply when large fields are competing or when there is a high proportion of horses with multiple (10+) owners. This measure is implemented for safety reasons.
- Owners are not permitted to transfer their entitlements under any circumstances.
- The Members Dress Code applies to the downstairs Members Area. Shorts are strictly prohibited.
- Dress shorts are permitted in the Owners and Trainers Precinct and the Mounting Enclosure.
- If you have pre-collected your passes as an owner at the sales complex, on raceday you will be able to collect a racebook at the Owners & Trainers Precinct.
