The Magic Millions Raceday is Australia’s first $10 million raceday and is still one of the richest and busiest racedays in the country! So it’s important that you know how to get to and from the track with so many people descending upon our club. Download the Magic Millions Venue Map below and read on!

Courtesy Buses

Courtesy Buses will run from the South (Tweed Heads) and from the North (Runaway Bay) to the club from 9.00am to approximately 1.30pm depending on the location.  If a bus is full when it arrives at your chosen bus stop, it will continue on without you, but don’t panic, just stay where you are as there will be another scheduled to follow shortly after.   Return buses will be waiting to take guests both North and South after the races, via Gate 1.

Drive & Park

If you’re driving, the best entry into Racecourse Drive will be via Ashmore Road. Members can naturally park in the Members Carpark, but once this is full all remaining parking will be in the Ken Russell Court training track for both Member overflow and General Admission guests.

Drive and Drop off

Cars will have access along Racecourse Drive for drop offs before 2.00pm, but after 2:00pm, the road will be closed to all traffic

Gold Coast Cabs

Gold Coast Cabs will have a drop off area located in Equine Court across the road from the Club.

General Admission Entry

Gate Entry for General Admission guests will be via a new Gate No. 2 located near Ken Russell Court, taking you directly into Trackside GA precinct opening at 9am

Members Entry

Gate Entry for our Members is through Gate No. 1 from 8.45am

Corporate Functions Guests Entry

Functions Guests can enter via Gate No. 1, all function rooms open at 11am with beverage packages commencing at 11.30 till 5.30pm

Event Centre Guests Entry

Gold Coast Event Centre entry will be via Gate No. 1 and if you are a GOLD ticket holder will be through the North entrance and if you are a SILVER ticket holder will be through the South entrance of our Gold Coast Event Centre.  Access to this venue is from 11.00am with beverage packages commencing at 11.30 till 5.30pm
