Melbourne Cup Day – Tuesday 5th November
1. Parking
Due to overwhelming demand for car parking on Melbourne Cup Day, the club cannot guarantee a park in the public car park and recommends the use of public transport, taxi services, personal vehicle hire or arranging to be dropped off. Members are permitted to park in the members car park by displaying your membership badge.
2. Raceday Courtesy Bus

3. Taxis, Ride Share & Patron Drop Off and Pick Up
All patrons travelling southbound on Racecourse Dr, will be able to be dropped off in the dedicated Drop Off Zone at the front of the Member’s Car Park. Those travelling northbound will be able to be dropped off in the dedicated Drop Off Zone at the front of the Magic Millions Car Park. The Rank will be at this location for both Drop Off and Pick Up.
4. Limousines
Limousines will be directed to drop patrons at the designated section in the Main Entry Gate. The Rank will be at this location for both Drop Off and Pick Up.
5. Patron Drop Off and Pick Up
For the Entry, patrons travelling southbound on Racecourse Dr, will be able to be dropped off in the dedicated Drop Off Zone at the front of the Member’s Car Park. Those travelling northbound will be able to be dropped off in the dedicated Drop Off Zone at the front of the Magic Millions Car Park.
For the Exit period when Racecourse Dr will be closed, patrons will be picked up outside the Road Closure Zone, at existing Loading Zones.
6. Ride Share Drop Off and Pick Up
Ride Share vehicles will drop patrons at the Drop Off Zones within Member’s Car Park. When Racecourse Dr is closed from 2.00pm to 6.00pm, Ride Share patrons will be directed to the car park in their designated area. Corflute signage will direct both drivers and patrons to this location.
