Members Complimentary Guest Passes

Members can redeem their 10 Complimentary Members Guest Passes on all standard racedays, including twilight and night meetings, excluding the following feature racedays:

  • Magic Millions Gold Raceday
  • Magic Millions Raceday
  • Hollindale Stakes Raceday

  • Melbourne Cup Day (Can redeem for Ground Floor Only)

Secondary Guest Cards

On the feature racedays listed below, the Secondary Guest Card is limited to the Members Ground Floor Area & Grandstand and cannot access Members Level 2. Only Full Members and Primary Guest Cards are permitted access to Members Level 2 on these days.

Additional Primary Guest Cards:
Members who have the basic membership pack (1 Full Member Card, 1 Primary Guest Card, and 1 Secondary Guest Card) can purchase up to 2 additional Primary Guest Cards at any time throughout the year. Members are allowed a maximum of 1 Full Member Card, 3 Primary Guest Cards, and 1 Secondary Guest Card. Additional Primary Guest Cards are available for $100 each.

HOW TO ACCRUE POINTS

You will now be able to accrue points of food and beverage consumed within selected GCTC member facilities, on presentation of your GCTC Members card.

For every dollar you spend you will receive 4 POINTS loaded to your Membership card! You may check up on your points, by simply presenting your Members Card to any till within the Members areas.

HOW TO REDEEM POINTS

Once you’ve accrued points on your Members card now comes the fun part – rewarding yourself on a range of products and services within GCTC facilities.

The Gold Coast Turf Club has specific dress regulations for the members, function and public areas. Please view below before attending. Access will not be granted if you fail to adhere to dress code.

YEARS OF TENURE

Maintain a Gold Coast Turf Club Membership to receive rewards for years of service. Members are rewarded Senior Status once they have achieved more than 20 years of service and are over the age of 55.

Members Secondary Guest Card Access is limited to the racecourse and downstairs members’ areas ONLY on the below meetings;

Members have access to the Members Level 2 or Members Ground Floor Members including Rails and Prime Ministers Bar, Betting Auditorium and Grand Stand.

Members are no longer required to pre-register for upcoming racedays. To attend a raceday, make sure you have your membership cards to scan on arrival. The Gold Coast Turf Club may re-introduce pre-registrations at their discretion and will provide sufficient notice in the event where pre-registrations will be reinstated.

The Gold Coast Turf Club accepts cheque, cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX) and direct debit.

When paying via Direct Debit, please call 07 5538 1599 to receive a description to add on the payment.

All membership applications are presented at the monthly Board Meeting as a formality. Membership applications can take up to 2 working days to process. Once an application has been processed, you will receive a welcome email and your pack will be distributed shortly afterwards.

Yes, members can purchase up to two additional primary guest cards or additional members day passes at the discretion of the Board. Members Day Passes are available for purchase at 50% of the whole rate to GCTC Members Only. Prices vary for each raceday.

Membership Renewals take place from May 1st until August 31st each year. If you failed to renew, your account will have been resigned and a reinstatement fee will be applied to reactivate. To renew, please email membership@gctc.com.au or call (07) 5538 1599.

No, your points will not roll over into the next financial year.

The Secondary Guest Card is available to be used on all standard racedays. On Feature Racedays, this card provides the bearer access into the racecourse and downstairs members areas only. To upgrade the Secondary guest card, please call (07) 5538 1599 or email membership@gctc.com.au to discuss your options.

As a member, if you are attending an event at the Gold Coast Turf Club, you will be given directions of whom to pick your tickets up from. Contact your event organiser to locate your tickets as your member’s badge will NOT gain you access to an event.

Members receive 10 complimentary day passes each membership year. To use these passes and register guests for standard race days, members must call or email the club. Please note that any unused passes do not carry over to the next membership year.

Members receive discounted rates on dining at Aquis Park on certain racedays. When making a booking for a restaurant or function, please look for a member price online or mention on the phone that you are a member.
