Former jockey-turned-trainer Allan Chau celebrated a day to remember at Aquis Beaudesert on Saturday with a winning double from his only two starters.

Despite having only a small team of horses under his care, Chau has enjoyed a string of strong results in recent months as he continues to make his presence felt among the local training ranks.
